We ship from Sydney, Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times are:  
- Australia (Domestic): 2–8 business days  
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days

🌸 Return Policy
We want you to love every treasure you receive from Lulu Fae.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within **14 days** of delivery for eligible items.

🌸 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Some items (such as bath soaks or custom products) may not be eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
